Butternut Building

Was on east/river side of the 10th Street, Just north of the Durham Western Heritage Museum.
Few before this Warehouse reopen as loft apartment, it was destroyed by fire (eOmaha.com).
The building was removed in early 2005.

First National Center

Built in 2002, Design by Leo A. Daly,  Omaha tallest building has 45 floors and 634 feet hight.
