Two Large Windmills Dutch Windmill Visitors Center The new Orange City Area Veterans Memorial is to the left, west of Orange City's largest "Windmill".
Vogel Windmill Located on the ground of the Diamond Vogel paint plant, this replica of the mills in Holland, the "Old Mill" shows how paint pigments were ground with wind power. The living area has antiques from Holland.
Street Scrubbing The street is washed because the Mayor and the City Council never find the street clean enough for parade.
Volk Parade This long Parade has a lot of Dutch-theme floats, outlined in Green. There where numerous marching bands, including three wearing wooden shoes
In Town Center Molen Garden This garden in Windmill Square (Park) has miniature windmills or Molens range from 5 to 23 feet high and Molens are along a canal with a Dutch-designed bridges
Dutch Street Organ This punch cards driven instrument, is one of two in the United States. It was playing next to the Straatamarkt, an Dutch Street Market & Street games Area
De Klompen Maker Late afternoon at the old factory, Mike and I watched one of the hourly demonstrations of making wooden show by machine. This machinery imported from Holland were use to make shoes from blocks of wood. Between demonstrations, the De Klompen Maker also hand craves Dutch wooden shoes.
