Nebraska Cake @ River City Roundup

Saturday September 29th -This afternoon, my highlights of the River City Roundup
were the Nebraska Cake , Agriculture Toys and the Douglas County Fair Displays.
Also I walked thru the Ak-Sar-Ben 4-H livestock Exposition (similar to last year). This
is a few of the agriculture & western heritage activities during Thursday-Sunday run
at the Qwest Center Omaha.

Douglas County Fair - Ballroom
Pass the 0!, up the escalator thru the “Beef’ what’s for dinner” kitchen, Douglas County Fair display
is on the north end of the Ballroom.

Agriculture Toys Display - Ballroom
Mid-ballroom had one of the nation’s largest display of matchbox scale agriculture related vehicles, building, etc.

The Nebraska Cake - @ Omaha Cake Decorating Display
Jo Ellen, an International award winning sugar artist and Teacher in Omaha, created the Nebraska Cake.
Her cake was displayed at the River City Confectioners Association Sugar Art show on the the upper
ever of the Qwest Center
